Etherdrops can work but have to look out for scams. Zerion can work for ETH too
I use three methods:
1. Etherdrops Tracking Bot on telegram, enter the wallet addy you want to track and turn on the icon push notification
2. Install the DeBank app on the mobile, follow the wallet you need to watch and browse through the Feed section
3. Nansen smart alert for which you need a basic plan. (it's expensive)
Nansen have smart alerts which do this, but you only get 3 alerts for the basic plan...the plan above this is 1.5k a month...

You can get notified simply by adding a wallet to your watchlist on Etherscan and turn on e-mail notifications, for example.

I would wait until risk assets catch a bid again. Hard to say what will work better when all asset classes are getting punished
